Maximilian is CFO of the Commerce & Dating segment of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and of SevenVentures GmbH. In his role as CFO Maximilian oversees the majority shareholdings of the segment as well as the media investment business of SevenVentures GmbH.

Before joining SevenVentures in 2013, he had worked at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as Internal Auditor and Risk Manager. Maximilian holds a diploma in business administration from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University in Frankfurt. In his spare time, Maximilian plays soccer, tennis and goes snowboarding.
